What We Offer

CAD/CAM Design

At Kennett Machine Technologies, we use Autodesk CAD/CAM to both design parts as well as complex assemblies.  From this same software, we also produce CAM files for our CNC machines.  If you have CAD files, we can work with most formats such as .step, .sldprt, .ipt, and others.  Some of the jobs we have done in past include:

• Reverse engineering of obsolete or parts without drawings.

• Designing solutions for contract manufacturing.

• Producing drawings for concepts and final production parts.

• Design for manufacture (DFM) consultation services.

CNC Milling and Turning

We have a range of cnc milling and turning capabilities to suit whatever parts you need.  In conjunction with our Autodesk CAD/CAM software we utilize high speed machining tool paths to cut down on cycle times and improve process reliability.  Additionally, we have the capability to do in process part inspection with our Renishaw probing system.

Repairs

Need something repaired that could take weeks to get a replacement part? Or do you have a part that would be costly to replace? We can quickly make any repair you may need.  We offer light fabrication services for repairs and small part runs.  Additionally, we can complete typical general machine shop work for any need you may have!

Fixtures

Building fixtures for our customers has become a large part of our business.  We can meet at you location to consult on a design to problem solve your production needs as well as build from a provided drawing.  Please contact us with any of your fixture or production needs.
